Italy at Hand – The Event will take place in Rome from 7th till 9th November 2019. After the success of the first edition held in Bologna in 2018, CBItalia is again ready to welcome international guests. In the course of the 3 days which will be filled with appointments and interactive activities, the participants are also able to discover Rome. Italy at Hand gives 35 Italian companies and 45 international buyers the possibility of meeting up in settings with more than 1000 appointments.

The Opening night on Thursday 7th November at Palazzo Colonna will officially launch Italy at Hand – The Event. The evening will be continue at the Galleria del Cardinale. During dinner, the Italian suppliers and the international buyers will have the opportunity to network. The morning after will be dedicated to pre-arranged business appointments at the Auditorium Parco della Musica, Renzo Piano’s creation. This venue will also host the Closing Ceremony programmed for Saturday 9th November. In the afternoon each participant will take part in interactive proceedings divided into 4 work groups. Each activity will be related to a keyword from Italy at Hand and a universal symbol of Italianness: for this edition in particular, the participants will discover the meaning of art, innovation, love and rituality. 8th November will end with the Gala Dinner at La Nuvola – Roma Convention Centre (by the archistar Massimiliano Fuksas). Guest speaker will be among others Ray Bloom, founder and president of Imex Group. He will present the award Best Handshaker to the three buyers who have been judged the most enterprising in networking initiatives during Opening Night.
