The International Artisan Bakery Expo (IABE) is offering some new highlights for its second edition scheduled to take place from March 31 to April 2, 2020 at Las Vegas Convention Center. A new demonstration area will be established, giving attendees the chance to observe more than 50 demonstrations delivered by baking experts. Additionally, a decorated cake competition will be launched. This event organised by Emerald Expositions is designed for the artisan baker offering fresh, un-packaged products sold through specialty retail bakeries, in-store bakeries, bakery cafés and other foodservice operations. At the 2019 show, an estimated 3,000 artisan bakers and 200 suppliers in more than 300 booths came together for three days to share their passion for the business.
