India Art Fair künftig ohne MCH Group

Die MCH Messe Schweiz, Basel, ein Unternehmen der MCH Group in Basel, verkauft ihre 65-Prozent-Beteiligung an der Seventh Plane Networks Private Limited in Neu Delhi an Angus Montgomery Limited mit Sitz in Hongkong. Seventh Plane Networks Private Limited ist der Organisator der India Art Fair. Die MCH Group hatte die Beteiligung an der Kunstmesse im September 2016 erworben. Im vergangenen Herbst erfolgte die Rolle rückwärts und der Beschluss, die Entwicklung eines Portfolios von regionalen Kunstmessen nicht weiter voranzutreiben. Die bis dato erworbenen Beteiligungen sollten wieder veräußert werden.
