MTCC selects GES Canada service provider

The Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC), Canada's leading convention and trade show facility, announced the appointment of GES as the official preferred customs and transportation services provider. GES also serves as the MTCC's official general services provider and partners with the MTCC to create high-impact, experiential events. "For many years, GES has achieved an exceptional satisfaction rating in our customer evaluations," said Metro Toronto Convention Centre President & CEO Lorenz Hassenstein. "Our continued partnership ensures that our customers always receive the best quality of service." GES works closely with the MTCC team to facilitate customs clearance and transportation for conventions, congresses, trade and consumer shows as well as corporate events. GES partners with North American Logistics Services Inc. to provide customs brokerage services, and together the companies bring a wealth of knowledge and experience. "GES onsite Customs and Logistics office and our team of experts deliver specialised assistance and consultation to clients and our partners at the MTCC. This provides show managers and exhibitors with a worry-free and seamless customs and logistic experience," said GES Canada senior vice president and general manager Patrick Lukan. (kf)
