Benedikt Binder-Krieglstein (43) has been appointed new CEO of Reed Exhibitions Deutschland, Düsseldorf: He will perform this function jointly with his position as CEO of Reed Exhibitions Austria and continue to report to Dominic Feltham, regional president, EMEA, Reed Exhibitions. Hans-Joachim Erbel (61), currently CEO of Reed Exhibitions Germany, leaves the company together with CFO André Weijde at the end of the year. Erbel worked for Reed Exhibitions for 19 years. Fairs such as Fibo, Aluminium and Bar Convent Berlin are the fairs with the most dynamic growth in the RELX portfolio. In 2019, Erbel played a decisive role in the acquisition of Mack Brooks Exhibitions. CEO Michael Freter remains on board in Düsseldorf. (ch)
