Hamburg’s top event location boasts exceptional flexibility

With a total available exhibition space of 12,000 m2 (130,000 sq. ft), another 12,000 m2 of foyer space, and 12,000 seats in up to 50 halls and rooms, the CCH – Congress Center Hamburg will be offering you nearly unlimited options for your events as of August 2020. International specialist conventions with thousands of attendees? Workgroup meetings in break-out rooms? Company events featuring star guests on a grand stage? The new CCH can fulfill nearly every wish!

Highly flexible

In terms of size and flexibility, the new CCH will set new standards for Europe. All spaces can be configured to suit your specific requirements and preferences. Rooms can be made smaller or larger, be subdivided or expanded. The vertical and horizontal zonal layout, providing three individual event sections  called CCH West, CCH Center, and CCH East, and extending across four levels, allows several events to take place simultaneously and independently. "For customers who wish to book two or all three sections, the CCH offers truly grand opportunities,” Heike Mahmoud, Chief Operating Officer, CCH – Congress Center Hamburg, underscores. Hall 1, which is under historical preservation protection, is an ideal venue for seated events with several thousand visitors. With up to 3,000 seats, it is Hamburg's largest hall with permanent seating.

In the heart of the city

The location of the CCH – Congress Center Hamburg is as attractive as ever, a great advantage for a world-class convention center. The CCH is conveniently located right in the center of Hamburg. The Dammtor mainline train station and several other stations and stops of the public transportation system are within a walking distance of 100 to 500 meters.
