The MSG Sphere at the Venetian in Las Vegas has reached a construction milestone, which includes reaching the spherical venue's equator – the widest section of the concrete superstructure, as well as a first look at key interior locations, including the venue bowl and stage. The MSG Sphere Las Vegas will be a spherical music and entertainment arena near the Las Vegas Strip. The top of the sphere will be 366 feet high with the inside covered in LED screens. The 17,500-seat auditorium is scheduled to open in 2021. (kf)
