Winners of EXHIBITOR Magazine Euroshop Awards announced

The winners of the EXHIBITOR magazine EuroShop Awards, the first stand-design competition officially endorsed by EuroShop organisers have been announced. A jury of ten brand experience experts selected the winners in the five size-based categories. The XS Category, 20 sqm or smaller, was won by Blocher Partners GmbH. The Small Category (21 – 39 sqm) winner is Smart Design Expo z.o.o. In the Medium Category (40 – 79 sqm), the jury picked Broszeit GmbH as winner. For the Large Category (80 – 200 sqm.), Gerflor Mipolam GmbH was chosen as winner. And finally the XL Category, with more than 200 sqm, was won by by Oktalite Lichttechnik GmbH. The People's Choice Award went to to Armo Diseño S.A. de C.V. "The calibre of these stands was off the charts," said Travis Stanton, editor of EXHIBITOR magazine. "Given the global reach of this show, these winners are akin to Olympic medallists in experiential design". All EuroShop exhibitors were automatically entered into the competition, which was sponsored by the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services (IFES). EXHIBITOR staff selected up to 10 finalists in each category and an international panel of design experts scored finalists to identify the winners and honourable mentions.
