Eric Blanc to oversee strategic planning and selling

Eric Blanc, Sr., has been appointed assistant director of sales at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). With more than 25 years of experience in event management and convention center sales, Blanc will oversee the strategic planning and selling of the OCCC as it embarks on its $605 million North-South Building expansion. Most recently, Blanc was director of Sales, Marketing, and Convention Services at the Tampa Convention Center, where he has spent 15 years of his career.
