The Indian trade fair Scat India Tradeshow is now part of the Nürnbergmesse portfolio. The company has acquired the fair, which has been held annually in Mumbai since 1993 and presents new developments in management and delivery of TV content and related technologies. With this move, Nürnbergmesse India is ramping up its involvement in the entertainment and infotainment industry on the subcontinent. In 2016, it acquired the Broadcast India Show, India's leading trade fair for TV production.
