Zum Jahresauftakt ist Susanne Benad als Head of Convention Sales bei den Leonardo Hotels Central Europe eingestiegen. Diese Position ist neu geschaffen worden. Als ausgebildete Reiseverkehrskauffrau bringt Susanne Benad Einiges an Knowhow aus dem Bereich der Geschäftsreiseagenturen mit. Sie startete ihre Karriere bei BCD Travel Germany. Im Anschluss wechselte sie zu CWT Meetings & Events. Hier konnte sie ihre Führungsqualitäten zuletzt als Head of Operations Central Europe ad interim ausbauen.

Für die 36-jährige Frankfurterin ist es nun spannend, ihre Fertigkeiten auf die andere Seite – die Hotellerie – zu bringen: „Ich freue mich auf diese neue Herausforderung, die mir sicher mehr Einblicke und Verantwortung mitten im Hotelleben geben wird und darauf, gemeinsam mit den Cluster-Teams den Convention-Bereich erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln.“ Dabei legt sie den Fokus auf die Entwicklung der strategischen Ziele sowie auf die fachliche Führung der Cluster Convention Sales Teams für die Leonardo Hotels Central Europe.

„Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Susanne Benad sich dem Head Office Department Head Team angeschlossen hat, um dem Convention Sales der Leonardo Hotels ein Gesicht zu geben und sicherzustellen, dass alle Potenziale in diesem Bereich analysiert und vorangetrieben werden“, so Anke Maas, Human Resources Director of Leonardo Hotels Central Europe.
