Three locations and excellent Service

The city of Innsbruck has been firmly placed on the international map having previously organised two Winter Olympic Games and established itself as a world-leading ski and snowboard destination. A highly rated university, numerous international enterprises and the cultural offerings like the “Golden Roof” are to name but a few of the outstanding qualities of Innsbruck. Set in the outstanding Tyrolean Alps, Innsbruck provides the perfect combination of a rich legendary past alongside the modernity of future developments.

With its three venues “Innsbruck Exhibition Centre”, “Congress Innsbruck” and “congresspark igls” Congress Messe Innsbruck (CMI) is one of the biggest and “Green Location” certified operators in the Austrian meetings and fairs industry and a key contributor to the local and regional economy at the same time.

Innsbruck Exhibition Centre: alpine.urban

Flanked by the spectacular massif of the “Nordkette”, the Innsbruck Exhibition Centre is considered to be the most important platform for Western Austria’s economy. The total area of the Innsbruck Exhibition Centre amounts to 40,000 square meters and the number of events could be increased permanently during the last years. The upgrading and refurbishment of the Centre will allow for this booming tendency, making the location one of the most modern locations and ideal place for trade shows and fairs, company and product presentations, exhibitions and social events. Some notable events being held at the Innsbruck Exhibition Centre include the world’s leading trade fair for alpine technologies “INTERALPIN” or Western Austria’s leading trade fair for catering, hotel and design “FAFGA alpine superior”.

Congress Innsbruck: historic.modern

With 22 halls, Congress Innsbruck is the first choice for meetings and cultural or social events in Western Austria. The traditional hall “Tirol”, the modern hall “Innsbruck” or the historical “Dogana” are among the most famous locations within the Centre, with a capacity up to 3,000 persons. Not so many people realize that Innsbruck has a long tradition as a conference city going back to 1867, when the “Dogana” was the setting for the first conference to be held in Tyrol. More than a century later, Congress Innsbruck established itself as a distinguished meeting place for event organizers from all over the world.

congresspark igls: fascination.nature

The glass construction is situated a few miles from Congress Centre Innsbruck, in an absolute quiet park against the backdrop of an impressive mountain panorama. Formerly a spa park, the congresspark igls offers the big hall Panorama and two breakout rooms, as well as a bright and spacious foyer for parallel exhibitions and a restaurant. A meeting at congresspark igls is not only an intellectual experience but equally so an event appealing to all the senses.
