Reed Exhibitions has completed full ownership of three events in India previously organised by Inter Ads-Brooks (IAB), a 50/50 joint venture in India. This step aims to strengthen Reed Exhibitions’ Indian business. Blech India (Mumbai), Fastener Fair (Mumbai and Delhi) and ExpoRail (Delhi) have now become a part of the growing portfolio of professional trade shows organised by Reed Exhibitions in India. Gregory Zaraisky, CEO, Reed Exhibitions India stated: "We are pleased to have now completed the next step of the Mack Brooks acquisition journey. Having visited ExpoRail, Fastener Fair and Blech India earlier this year, I am extremely excited about their future within Reed Exhibitions India and look forward to seeing all events thrive from our teams' accumulated and significant knowledge and expertise within respective industry sectors.
