Learning about the exhibition and event industry around the globe, exchanging ideas and industry insights and sharing cultural and business aspects, similarities and differences – this is what the IFES Global Experience Exchange (GEE) Program is about. Conceived as a programme from members for members and their employees, it offers a learning platform to create new international contacts within the industry, helping to build relationships with partner firms. Attending the GEE Program means "work in a team environment that will encourage open mindedness, team-work, compromise and skill sharing". Participants will enjoy work and social cultural experiences, while improving language and work-related skills. And, beside direct costs that participants have to bear, it is free of charge.
