Bereits zum dritten Mal lädt Xing Events zum komplett virtuellen Veranstaltungsformat ein. Vom 26.bis 29.11.2019 steigt die „Virtuelle Expo & Conference“ kurz „Vexcon“. Die Messe ist komplett virtuell, behandelt Themen wie neueste Trends und Insights in Sachen Eventtechnologie, digitale Eventvermarktung, Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) und Teilnehmermanagement und richtet sich an Eventmanager, Veranstaltungsplaner und Marketing-Spezialisten. Es wird wieder mehr als 20 virtuelle Messestände mit Informationen zum Download, Videos und Produktdemonstrationen geben. Das Konferenzprogramm wird wieder rund 20 Branchenvorträge und Best Practice Cases inklusive anschließender Frage- und Diskussionsrunde umfassen . Geplant sind neben „klassischen Frontalvorträgen“ andere Formate wie Interviews sowie eine moderierte Panel-Diskussion. Die Themen reichen von EventApps, Newslettermarketing, über Award Management hin zu VR, Streaming, Datenvisualisierung und KI. Es gibt wieder die Möglichkeit zum direkten Gespräch mit den jeweiligen Experten per Chat am virtuellen Messestand. Dazu wird es dieses Jahr zusätzliche Kommunikationsmaßnahmen geben. Das Konferenzprogramm findet an den ersten beiden Messetagen statt.
