Goetz-Ulf Jungmichel (52) is back on board as Event Director of materials trade fair Reed Exhibitions Deutschland. Jungmichel boasts 17 years of experience in international trade fair business, including eight years as Director of boot Düsseldorf. Since early 2019, his predecessor, Olaf Freier, who took up the position of Event Director in 2015, has been operative primarily in St. Albans, headquarters of Mack Brooks Exhibitions, which joined Reed Exhibitions in 2019. In general management, this has also led to a reshuffle in the area of overall responsibility for materials trade fairs, with Michael Freter now taking over from Hans-Joachim Erbel.
