Making matchmaking work

The exhibition business is all about connecting people on our platforms of trust. But how to organise that? Is the matchmaking experience and technology offered by exhibitions really world class? What works well – and where are the obstacles? The Marketing Working Group has been concentration on Matchmaking since the beginning of the year and collected best practices, conducted a survey over the summer, and compiled a white paper on the topic. The results will be discussed during the 86th UFI Global Congress in Bangkok, Thailand in a Special Interest Group (SIG) group session scheduled to take place on November 7 from 15:15 to 16:00. Delegates are invited to share their own experiences in this session.
